2. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
When you purchase The Harbor, you receive access to the membership content and resources made available during your active membership.
Membership features may include educational modules, Wealth Archetype materials, guided meditations, live calls, recordings, community access, Captain’s Log resources, recipes, rituals, playlists, exercises, and other materials.
We may periodically add, modify, replace, reschedule, or discontinue particular resources, lessons, live sessions, bonuses, or features as The Harbor evolves.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that any particular instructor, guest expert, resource, event, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. RECURRING MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
The Harbor is a recurring membership.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Her Horizon Wealth and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method you provide at the applicable membership rate and billing interval displayed to you at checkout.
Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel it.
The price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
If we change the price of your existing recurring membership, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
4. CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel The Harbor at any time.
Cancellation prevents future membership charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of payments already made, except during the 14-day money-back guarantee described below or where otherwise required by law.

We want The Harbor and other Her Horizon Wealth spaces to remain welcoming, constructive, and respectful.
By participating in our community, live calls, events, retreats, or other interactive spaces, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against another participant
Share another member’s private information without permission
Record or distribute private conversations without authorization
Solicit members for unrelated businesses, services, investments, or opportunities without permission
Spam members or misuse community contact information
Post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or intentionally disruptive material
Infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to membership systems or accounts
We reserve the right to moderate content and, when reasonably necessary, suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Removal for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
